im 14 years old & am going to decorate my room to have a beach theme. i've come up with all things having to do with the beach... how can i incorporate these ideas into my new room? any help would be great!

paint a light blue celing with clouds on it maybe a sun but try not to make it babyish

paint a light house on one wall

put a license plate at the foot of your bed

get a beach themed comforter

a cooler for a foot stoll

put all of your flip flops on a bamboo rack

make your closet a beach tent or shack

get a hermit crab as a pet and put it on your dresser

I need help building more muscle mass?

im 15, 5 '9, and weigh 158 lbs. I already have a muscular physique and i have a two-on-one workout routine. but i want to know how I can build more mass more quickly particularly in the chest and shoulders. i have push up bars, grips, and 15lb dumbells (but i can curl 40lb dumbells)
sorry about forgetting to add my diet. im not sure about the calories but i eat a lot.
i eat pretty much anything except for all lot of sweet food (i feel sick if i eat too much) i eat fruit like apples and grapes and eat sandwiches like PB&J or lunchmeat for a snack. for breakfast i usually eat cereal and turkey bacon, or eggs, turkey bacon, and toast. for lunch i eat sandwiches and pretzels. for dinner i usually have chicken or beef. the chicken is usually baked and the beef is ground. i usually have broccoli, peas, or greens. and corn also. i have potatoes sometimes too. i try too drink a cup or two of mlk a day.

When lifting, nothing happens quickly. The most important thing you have to realize is your diet, you said nothing about your diet. You can not expect proper gains unless you are eating properly, just doesn't happen. You are going to need to make sure you are taking in at least 1.5 grams of protein for every pound of body weight. To build mass in the chest, the bench press is the best option, but if you are unable to access a bench continue doing push-ups, but change them up. Wider hand placement, closer, single arm, diamond push ups. Shoulder mass is usually done with shrugs, but with only having 15lb dumbbells I suggest doing over head shoulder presses with the dumbbells, also add in some side dumbbell laterals and front dumbbell raises.

But for any gains, you need to make sure your diet is in check, I can not stress that fact the most.. Good luck..
