but if u wna tone up, u should eat high protein foods, which burn fat and build muscle. cut down on carbs, dont cut it out of ur diet, just cut down.
and go to the gym every other day. dont just do cardio, its extremely hard to lose weight by going on the treadmill or a bike for hours on end.
go to the gym every other day, and lift weights. i know girls wont want to be bulky and stuff, so lift medium-light weights.
simple exercises like dumb bell curls, lateral side raises, v-bar pulldowns etc will do the job

I like the new ones coming in on the bottom left and they right top. They are very cute and would make people look. Plus, they don't look like a cheap costume for a dance recital, like the first one does (no offense)!
