i want a pack of seamless camis. a seamless cami is a solid color tank top with no designs or pattrens.

the third and fourth are no good because they don't list breathability/waterproofing ratings, you want at least 10 K in both, thats a lot of money to be spending to not know your getting a good jacket

the first and second one are equal in breathability waterproofing at 10 K so its between those 2, i recommend the first one because burton is a sell out company that thinks they can overprice all their gear even tho its the same as everybody elses

also check out sierrasnowboard.com and dogfunk.com they have a lot of sales and you can probably get a good jacket for cheaper than what you have listed

I'd go to Dick's or Wal-Mart (those if you don't have a bike store) and ask for a soft seat for long rides

Can you put new roofing shingles over old ones?

We have a building that needs a new roof. The old asphalt architectural shingles (about 20 yrs old) are curling in spots & are losing aggregate. This is a pitched roof in a northern climate. We had a roofer come out & he said that we can put a second set of shingles on top the old ones. I am concerned that the 2nd layer will not fit smoothly over the old shingles & make them prone to cracking & curling. How long do shingles last if placed over old ones? Should we have the old shingles ripped off & start with a flat base? We would like to sell the building in the near future.

Yes, but the better roof is on a fresh deck. If you do go over, use a product approved for this application, and do remove the ridge capping, nail down or replace any loose, missing, or curled shingles. cut back at the eaves and install new eaves protection. Inspect all flashing, vents, and plumbing stacks. Lastly ensure bottom edge drops the rain water correctly into gutter due to new height of roof edge and gutter size.
A good company knows of these things, so ask some suppliers for a good company that installs according to the local authority (code) and according to manufacturers recommendations. Anything less will void the manufacturers warranty. Pick a company that will show up in the rain to fix a problem.
