RUNNING: Any opinions on Adidas ADISTAR trail running shoes?

Need some new trail shoes, whaddya think?

Hmm, I've never used any Adidas type of running shoes. In my opinion, Adidas wears down insufferably fast (my runner friend wears them and he goes through pairs like water). I personally prefer Asics, which last a long time and feel really good. But, any type of well-known running shoe (such as Adidas) that fits you and feels good should do fine!

Day 1- Chest/ Shoulders(with weights)
Day 2- Legs/Abs/Forearms
Day 3-Arms(weights)
Day 4- Abs/Forearms/Back
Day 5-Legs
Day 6-Chest/Shoulders(heavy bag,pushups)
Day 7-Forearms/Back/abs

Week 2
Day 1- Arms
Day 2- legs abs forearms
Day 3- chest /shoulders
day 4- abs forearms back
day 5- legs
day 6- arms abs forearms
day 7-back

Just switch off every week. Im pretty sure this is a good routine because i get every part of my body the perfect amount of times per week, was just wondering what other people think if you could answer me back that would be nice thanks.

Looks fine, except I would switch something up to avoid doing forearms on day 7 and arms on day 8.

People here will tell you not to lift every day, but I will tell you that your plan is A-OK, because you are giving each muscle group time to rest. If you feel like you need to take a day off, do so, but other than that, you're all right. One of my classmates years ago lifted every day; he was the strongest kid in school history with all of the weightlifting records, and looked pretty healthy (except he was kind of fat!).

Calling all Fashionistas!Please help me stand out while wearing my school uniform!!! ((details inside))?

ok so im gonna go to a private school this year. and im gonna have to wear a uniform. you can wear a shirt or polo of the colours red, white, or navy blue. for bottoms girls wear a plain navy blue skirt or a red plaid skort. you can wear any color tights and shoes. shoes cannot be sandals, high heels or slip on shoes. red or navy blue sweaters/sweatshirts are optional.

please tell me where i can find nice shirts, shoes, and how i can stick to the rules but still be unique. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!

You're in luck. My school also required a uniform, so I'm used to trying to stand out in a sea of similarly-dressed people.

I don't know about your school, but at mine, we could only wear polos with NO logos (like the Hollister seagull on the upper left "pocket" of the shirt) - virtually impossible to find these days. However, both Aeropostale and Old Navy carry nice ones in appropriate colors (red, white, and navy blue). If logos are unimportant, try American Eagle and Hollister.

Can you wear ballet flats to school? I'm not sure if that's a "slip on shoe" or not in their book. If so, definitely try Nordstrom, Macy's, or Dillard's for more expensive, "posher" buys. For cheaper deals, head for Target, Charlotte Russe, and Old Navy (again).

One way that we girls could stand out was with our accessories - look for unique earrings, bracelets, rings, and necklaces. Forever 21, H&M, Fred Flare (fredflare.com), Target, eBay, and your local thrift stores are great places to look.

We also used our purses and bookbags to individualize our look - Forever 21, Chloe (chloe.com), Chinese Laundry (chineselaundry.com), Vera Bradley, Nordstrom, Target, Charlotte Russe, and Old Navy (and sometimes even Bath and Body Works) all have unique yet stylish bags. For bookbags, go with one that you like but that can hold all of your stuff - Jansport, L.L. Bean, Room It Up (roomitup.com) all have great choices.
