Help with an Endocronology? Cold Skin after Exercise?

Two months ago started taking generic metoprolol 25mg twice a day for high bloodpressure. Told to lose weight was 6'2 325 now down to 285. Had full cardio checkup, including stress test, carotid, and ekg's.

Started to workout, now when I workout whether indoors or outside in 80 degree weather I get cold arms and legs. I wear a long sleeve shirt and a tshirt plus a hat, and my skin still gets Ice Cold.

I have had lots of bloodtest including cbc, magnesium, tsh, thyroid, testosterone and cortisol. Cardio dr's says it's not heart.

Any ideas? No insurance and not working so I can't see a specialist. Trying to find an answer.

Since metoprolol is a beta blocker treatment for hypertension, its mechanism of action is to reduce the intensity and rate of heart contractions, lowering blood pressure/output. Associated with this, however, is decreased blood flow to upper and lower limbs. Thus, when exercising, the demand for oxygen to the limbs increases, as the muscles actively require energy. Problem is this demand is not met very well due to the lowered cardiac output that comes from metoprolol, resulting in reduced blood flow to the limbs.

Fitness dvds similar to slim in 6 or tony horton's p90 (not p90X)?

I was looking for a dvd that is VERY effective, and similar to the ones listed above. I honestly will take any suggestions that truly are effective, but doable at the same time. Maybe with your answer if you could give a little info on the dvd that would be much appreciated. Thanks :}
