School Uniform - How do you make them look better?

Ok, here is the dress code:
1. Polo Shirts: red, black, or white
- All shirts worn by males and females must be tucked.
- Shirts are to have no logos or personalized names.
2. Pants, shorts, dresses, skorts or skirts: khaki, navy blue, or black
Belt: black or brown
- Pants must be worn on the waist.
- Shorts, skirts, skorts, and dresses must be worn no higher than two inches above the knee and may not be rolled.
3. Shoes:
- Shoes must enclose the entire foot covering toes and heels.
4. Light Jackets or Sweaters (worn inside the building): navy blue or black
- Thick jackets must be placed in lockers before going to homeroom and may not be worn during the school day.

So...what do I do?

If you buy a top in each color, one bottom or jumper in each color, and a navy blue and black sweater you'll start off with 9 color coordinated options to wear. If you buy more than one bottom in the same color, you'll have even more options!

Focus on your hair, accessorize with jewelry, socks, and hosiery/tights, paint your nails, and go wild with your shoes. Belts can be unique, too, as long as they are "brown or black."

Why do you think so many guys are exploring their feminine side? (This is more for straight acting guys)?

It seems like so many young, straight, masculine acting guys are testing the waters about being gay or bisexual. I have noticed this with guys that workout at the gym, ride sportbikes together, and play sports on teams together. It seems to be guys that stay fit and wear the "cool" styles from Abercrombie and Fitch or American Eagle. The standard uniform: Polo or t-shirt and cargo shorts or sports clothing from Adidas, Nike, or Puma. Do you think I am right about this? Is it Abercrombie and American Eagle or sports clothing making guys more sexy? It seems like more guys are turning toward guys than they ever have in the past? Why is this? Some guys in high schools are wearing girls/womens jeans and underwear. What is it about guys nowadays that make them so attractive to other guys? Let me know.

It's all perception. The guys I know that wear women's pants etc are usually straight, just "emo". It's a trend.. Most of the gay guys that I know do wear American Eagle and Abercrombie, but I don't think that it's Abercrombie's influence to act that way. It is becoming more acceptable for guys to be gay; therefore maybe some of them are "testing the waters" like some girls do. It is also more acceptable to sort of act gay/interested in a guy because it's either funny or some girls find it attractive. Some popular guys at my school pretend to give each massages and hug each very tightly, but they're clowning around really.

Boxer shorts are made small?

Ive always bought my boxer shorts an extra size up. So if Im a Large I buy an XL because I hate tight squeezing boxers and it seems to me that their numbers never fit. A large is supposed to fit a 38-40. But Im barely a 38 and a L is always way too small size for boxers no matter what brand I choose.

Why are boxers made too small? Am I the only person who sees this?

Some brands of boxers are made tighter than others. I bought a pack of boxers at JC Penny and they were too tight. I no longer buy boxers there.

Should I get a treadmill or a cross trainer to lose weight? - bearing in mind I already have a exercise bike?

I had to say that because the cross trainer looks so much like the bike. I want a variety in my workouts as I've only been doing cycling for a year and have reached a plateau in my weight loss over the last six months.

First off Congrats on doing a consistant cardio program!!!!

Now, lets get down to business shall we! I would say that a treadmill would be better, only because walking on a steep incline for 30-45 minutes a day will help you lose a lot of weight...That is what i have my clients do and they typically lose about 30 pounds over 6-8 weeks!

But, getting to a plateau is tough and how to break through it is even tougher...I actually just covered this in an email with an online client of mine...

What you need to do is make sure your diet is always changing....Don't eat just chicken and salad....sometimes through in some fish and even red meat is ok....The next thing is, instead of just doing cardio for X amount of time, try and do intervals with ab work in between...

Example:

Bike for 15 minutes, then hop off and do 20 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, then plank for 30 seconds.....

After that jump back on the bike for another 15 minutes!
